GTA V keeps crashing , loads into game and crashes when in car or on bike!

Crashed upon loading into a session , on here asking for a friend he has sent me the launcher.log containing the error code will post below.

this error log is better sent to the Steam/GTA V support forum. this only tells us that the game crashed on your steam platform.
you can try lowering your graphic settings like anti-alias. to try to avoid the cause of the graphics crash all together.
you can use Geforce experience instead if you are unfamiliar with setting graphics manually. and slide towards performance from quality.

The settings are on the lowest possible to prove that theory was wrong as seen that one before plus does the bit where it says "D3DERR_DEVICELOST" not mean anything i thought that would've
