I have Comcast cable internet. My plan has 150 Mbps. My modem router combo is an arris surfboard with 343 Mbps. It also has an 802.11 ac 1600 Mbps. When people use the wifi In my house they complain about the wifi being slow and disconnecting. I did a speed test online using my iPad. The speed test said my download speed was 25.96. I did it a few other times and the Mbps was different each time and was under 40. When I did the test I was in the same room as the modem. I was thinking of either buying a New modem or paying for faster internet from Comcast. What do you think I could do to improve my wifi?
