So first of all I don't know if I'm posting this in the correct section, so I apologize if I,m at the wrong one.
So, I bought the Corsair Vengeance RGB ram.
My problem is that I leave my PC on sleep and everything turns off exept for the LEDs in the ram and in Corsair Link 4 there isn't an option to turn off my led's.
I want to preserve life on my led's because from research I made, LED's on for 24/7 will burn out in approximately 5-6 years.
My question is, if before I sleep my pc, I set LED colour to black and mode as static, will the led's still degrade or they act like they are turned off? On a side note, I tested this and the rans look like they're turned off but I'm slightly worried about the fact that the led curcuit is trying to force the LED to turn on while the led will try to "turn on as black".
