It's that true that the white paint on most cases like Corsair, NZXT and others and also most components like motherboards with custom white plastic covers will become more yellowish after let's say more than 5 years?!

Historically, the yellowing would be true. However, in recent years, there have been a lot of improvements on plastics and aging. In most issues today, especially with colored plastics, they are solving the discoloration issue for longer periods of time, even to extend the time it takes to discolor for as long as 10 years or more.

What you're referring to is discoloration of the parts/paint that contain traces or an amount of Bromine. Teh browning or yellowish tint that you see is when the subject is exposed to UV. Since our time from 1990's Bromine has found lesser places to populate a consumer product made of plastic or steel coated with paint.

In retrospect you could just mod the case after a while when it becomes boring to a paint of your choice or perhaps a pearl white...?

So... let me understand. If my PC chassis is white colored which is an Corsair Carbide 400C Windowed, it will takes some times until the discoloration will start to appear, right?!
