Best Graphic Card?!

Greeting for every one,

I would like to know the best Graphic card for Dell optiplex 9020:

-CPU : CORE i7 3.60 (8 core)
-Ram : 8 Gb
- Screen: Samsung led Full HD 1920x1080
-Power Supply: 290 w

I would have suggestions for Graphic card could cover the new games now days like : (PES 2018 or Need for speed payback 2017

limited by your psu, 1050 ti is the best. If your case is SFF, get a low profile one like this:

75 Watts
PSU
300 Watt & 27 Amps
Power Connector
None

What do u think about that?

300 is recommended psu, which takes poor quality psu and ocing into account.
Your system draw will be ~200 max, 290 is fine. Just no heavy overclocking.

So Dear Vapor Did u tried that card with the same psu 290 I mean it will make the games on high quality graphic...?

Appreciated the Video but his Psu more value than mine and the point only I would to know if someone had tried the 4GB Ddr5 with that 290 PSU...!
