I was sitting down browsing the internet as usual when suddenly after refreshing a page it says this site can't be reached. I go to check to see if my ethernet cable is connected and it is. I go on Windows 10 and it says you are connected to the internet. When I look at my ethernet status it says it's sending and receiving bytes. And when I try to run a diagnostic test it says there are no problems.

Have you tried another browser first to see if it's not just the browser you're using?
If it doesn't work again:
I would first try a network reset on my OS to see if there are any underlying problems such as DNS problems and IP settings.
go to your settings>Network & Internet
at the bottom of the 'Status' tab, you should see "Network reset"
This will reset your network settings and restart your pc.
Try using your internet after it restarts.

I forgot to mention that nothing on my computer is being able to connect to the internet although it is saying I am connected to the internet. And I already have tried the network reset.

I'm not sure what you mean buy used a common DNS mostly because I don't understand the stuff that well. I decided to check if it was my motherboards fault and it was just a broken port and when I replaced my ethernet port with a pcie one it worked for a while but then the next day the problem started happening again. Once again I used my brothers USB to ethernet adapter and it worked for a while but in the morning it stopped working again.

So it's just my PC that has this problem. I decided to reset it but keep all my files and it worked with my motherboards ethernet port, but only for a day just like the other times. Right now I'm doing a complete factory reset and am saying screw my files they're not important. But in short, my PC is the only device in my house that has this problem. The problem occurs sometime in the morning I think like 4. And any pcie Ethernet ports or USB to ethernet ports only work until morning just like the other times.
