ok guys this is my 2nd id could not login from my main id .

so 1st thing 1st , got zotac gtx 1060 6gb amp edition almost 2 weeks back for 26999 inr ( around 425 usd approx. ) . actually still cannot say wise decision or not because of price that i paid . as i am writing current price however at amazon.in is 33480 inr ( around 526 usd ).

but that not why i am making this thread , need help from you guys , there is a problem that is making me crazy i guess , problem is i am playing my 1st title on this card , DISHONORED 2 just in 3rd mission right now , getting stable almost 60 frames (+,- 1,2 frames here & there ) at ultra setting & after sometime if i go to open speecy software my cpu is running hot at 102 degrees . now the thing is frankly i have run out of budget for any further upgrade . especially any new cpu that needs many new things depending on generations .

i come across couple of i5 3rd gen pre-owned cpus , i5 3470 cost around 90 usd & i5 around 110 usd . my motherboard gigabyte b75m-d3h is actually 3rd gen compatible . & further may be some more rebate i get on giving my i3 2100 in exchange also .

my question is should i go for these i5 3470 or 3570 ? , seller giving 1 year replacement warranty also . & also i guess cpu are very stable i don't think they die actually , should i take this pre-owned kind of risk ? what are the failure chances & thing is i cant play anymore like this at these cpu temps of 102 or 101 degrees . & guys i am really on a tight budget , how much tight , well for getting i5 3570 or 3470 may took atleast 1 month , & if you guys think i should move to new upgraded platform , then with current pricing , it may took a full year to upgrade ):

so what should i do now ? , currently i have stopped playing games on my pc , just doing things like web browsing , watching movies sometimes , most of time pc remains off . i don't think i have much confidence in buying pre-owned cpu myself , but i don't have any alternate solution to this problem also .

my current system is :

cpu : i3 2100
ram : 6gb (2+4) ddr3 1600 mhz { 1333 mhz supported by cpu }
mb : gigabyte B75M-D3H
graphics : ZOTAC GTX 1060 6GB AMP EDITION ( newly added )
hd : main seagate 500gb 7200 rpm , 2* 2tb seagate 7200 rpm
psu : CORSAIR VS 650W ( newly added ) {since only 10 usd difference between VS 650W & VS 550W }
display : acer 22" (1600*1050 pixels )

what you guys think , please reply . & sorry for long letter like thread ):

is there any risk with pre-owned cpu or it will be ok to get , although i am almost certain i have to take this risk , currently no choice for me but i7 is cetainly not possible right now , currently pre-owned i7 available is around 220 usd ,double the price of i5 3570 pre-owned

if i5 3570 , how much future proof its going to be , should i need to wait for amd ryzen 2 , how much will be budget needed for ryzen 2 platform shift , is moving to ryzen 2 future proof or not , although i think when ryzen to launches i may have some cash till that . but enough for medium to top lvl cpu that dont know , pc parts are very expensive here in india
.

yes this may be right , maybe if i5 3470 stay relevent for little say 1-2 years for now may be next better upgrade option might come in my way , rzen 3 or intel counter part . so meanwhile i5 3470 is good to go for me as i have to give my i3 2100 & some 60-65 usd cash it should be nice for me . so i guess i will buy this next month .

thanks for giving me such a good advice & helping me out :)
