So i was upgrading my motherboard, cpu and ram when I was done installing I tried turning it on but nothing happend I installed everything correctly. Only the motherboard lights up, no fans or anything just the mobo lights. But when I pushed the powerbutton it flashed on just for a split second and then it turned of. When I pushed it again it didn't light up anymore.

specs:
Cpu: intel core i5 8600k
Gpu: gtx970 strix
Ram: corsair vengance lpx 2x4
Mobo: asus z370-F gaming
Psu: coolermaster i700
cooler: cooler master seidon 120v

Solution

Possible. Best approach in such cases is to try different PSU if you can get one (does not have to be big wattage as you can remove GPU during tests).

I forgot to say that the PSU is nearly 4 years old :/ . So maybe it's because of that?

check and see if there is anything touching the motherboard under it. Like a standoff in the wrong spot, i had the same thing happen to me. also you can try rebuilding it outside the case and see if it turns on.

Yeah it was the PSU, I switched it with a new one and it works fine now.
