My ports are seemingly all closed despite Port-Forwarding

Hello,
I've noticed some very weird things concerning my ports and their status. It seems that, even after I port forward, my ports do not seem to be open. I've used many port forward checker tools ( without running a server for a game and while running it ), and they all say that the port is closed or filtered. Now, I researched a bit and found some ideas, such as putting my router's firewall settings on minimum (it's an old Pirelli DRG A226G ), disabling Windows 7's firewall, enabling it but allowing communication through certain ports ( 25565, for example ), enabling certain programs, uninstalling my antivirus, CCleaner, Malwarebytes, closing unnecessary processes, restarting my router, swapping cables, turning the directions of router's antennae, turning it on and off many times, double-checking every single detail, restarting my OS, disconnecting from Wifi, flushing DNS cache and so on. I also went through ipconfig and netstat multiple times, as well as checking some other things in my CMD. Unplugging cables, testing many times, using utility programs also didn't help. I feel that I've exhausted almost every option. If you have any ideas or if you need more information, I am ready to cooperate. Thanks in advance.
