buying new pc please help me guys

They say core i7 but if you dig deep enough it's a Core i7-2600. If you are just playing light games like CSGO or League that's fine but that CPU is from 2012 and I personally wouldn't buy a PC with a processor that old, even if it's a great one. You also won't have any graphics card upgrade options if you wanted to go up to 1070 GTX because the 500W power supply would stop you.
