MSI Mother Board.No POST. Unable to acess BIOs(or anything for that matter)

PSU-EVGA 500w 80 plus
MoBo-MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX)
Graphics-XFX AMD Radeon RX 560
Hard drive-Samsung 850 EVO SSD
Default RAM(Came with the MOBO already intalled

So a few days ago I took out my CPU's heat sink to clean it l. It went fine untill hooking it back up. It wouldn't POST until like 5 minutes later and when It did I would get a CMOS error,but couldn't access my BIOs. So I went through my rig and bare bone started and started full. Now it won't post period. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you clean the CPU heat sink because there was a lot of dirt inside your case? Recheck all your cables. Check if there is dirt, lint or pet hairs in any PCIe slots or power cable connectors preventing a proper connection.

Try removing and putting back the cell. It will reset the bios if you made changes.
