Should i upgrade or save up for a new system?

What ive got:
i7 860 2.80
GTX 750 TI
8 gb of kingston ram
Old 1156 mobo

So should i look into buying a new mobo, processor and some coolers or look into buying a whole new system?

This highly depends on your upgrade reason and budget.
If main reason is gaming, then ram upgrade to 16GB and gpu upgrade would be in order.

You can start thinking about cpu/motherboard upgrade, when graphics subsystem gets bottlenecked by cpu.
