Will I be okay using this PSU for a gaming system. For short specs are: R5 1600, Gtx 970 and a X370-F Mobo. I already have it laying around and it would be the best if i would not need to buy a new one.

P.S. My friend has been using the 700 Watt model for years, and i've been using some BFG 850Max or something. Everything is still fine.

Yes, i know it's sufficient for my system, but is gonna like kill my motherboard or similar? It only has 80 plus certification, but no rating, like bronze or gold.

I can't find any technical data on that specific PSU: it doesn't appear that it's sold in the USA (not a good sign). I personally use Corsair, EVGA and SeaSonic in my builds. If you suspect your PSU isn't capable of sustained 500w operation without timing out, and you want to replace it, read this: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html
