How loud is the stock r5 1600 cooler?

"Loud" is a relative term. I have built several Ryzen systems and I don't use the OEM fans for personal use. I do find them too loud, but they do work well (cooling and the LED is attractive to some). The noise level acceptability is a matter of personal preference.
