So I got a mini-pc: compaq 110 and it was really slow.
I cleaned the whole pc, restarted, booted from USB with XP on and this Error show up= ”STOP: 0x0000007B”
Restarted again, checked for virus and it says no, erased the whole hdd (just to be sure no virus) and turned off.
Started pc with the USB and the same Error shows up..
So what to do? Give up?

Solution
If USB booting doesn't work at all you could remove the HDD from the netbook, install it into a PC with SATA, use a USB or Windows XP CD to install Windows XP on to the drive with the PC, get as far as the desktop, then move it back over to the netbook and see if it boots.

ummmm, well your slowness issue could have just been a fragmented HDD. But since you erased the HDD, that's now irrelevant. that stop error means XP cant boot off the flash drive. Can you try an XP install CD?

Before I tried to install with the USB, I tried inside/from the computer, but that didn’t work (the same error came up)
So there seems to be a problem with installing the OS.
And since it’s a mini-pc there’s no cd output (or how you say it)
So USB is the only way :/
