Then you didn't do it correctly. Make sure to not just push the power button and let go. You want to hold the button in until if turns off (A.K.A Hard Reset). If it gets too far into booting windows before it shuts off, you may need to start over at 3 times again.
You can also try hitting F8 repeatedly as soon as you turn the power on. This may or may not work in Windows 10 (or sometimes 8), but will always work in Windows 7 and older versions
Don't need a screenie. More than likely it's either:
A) a corrupt user profile or (more likely)
B) An issue with windows update.
Either way we want to be in the recovery/repair environment of windows to try possible fixes.
