Hey, I've recently started having really bad ping spikes - my provider is BT and for the past few weeks i've just been shooting up to high ping on some games, i've ran a few tests on command prompt and here's what's come up:

I don't know what to do at this point in time, my overall ping is very good - usually around 25 ping, I'm using a wired connection and i've never actually had this problem before - typically I experience rubber banding in almost every game I play and overall just a latency issue, is there much BT can do about it because at the moment i'm not sure what the best plan of action is! is there anything I can do to prevent this or am I just best off leaving it in the hands of BT?
