Bottleneck: What to upgrade?

So at the moment i have a computer with an AMD A10 7700K and a GTX 1050ti as well as 8GB of DDR3 memory. Now my issue is the bottleneck of the graphics card, in some games (games with a lot of load on the cpu) there is only 30% usage of the graphics card (a horrible bottleneck) and the CPU usage being maxed out. This is really significant in Assassins Creed Origins, where i get around 10-25 fps in performance regardless of the settings and resolution (due to heavy load on the CPU). Now considering the GTX 1060 has 40% better performance than the 1050ti, will it be worth investing in a new GTX 1060? Or would i be better saving up a little more to upgrade the CPU, RAM and Mobo to a Ryzen 3 1200, an MSI B350 Tomohawk Motherboard and 8GB of DDR4 Memory? These are both viable options and are both in a blurred in terms of the line in between which to chose.

if you want more gpu power then yes you need a whole new build with a proper platform

your a10 can barely handle a 1050 ti, simply adding more gpu power will do nothing for your fps

agreed. the a10 is not a superior cpu. you need a new platform.
