How much would you give for this PC?

I was about to build a brand new PC this april, but due to some problems in my life and what miners did to the graphics card prices, I have to seek for some cheaper solutions. Luckly, my cousin sells his 4 years old PC with I5-4460, GTX 770 4Gb, H81 chipset motherboard, 8Gb RAM DDR3-2133mhz, 1tb HDD, mediocre case and god knows what PSU on board. it's still in a good condition and I wanted to buy it and use 'till the second generation Ryzen release, but I'm not quite sure what price should I pay. How much would you give?

Cousin, let's go to bowl.... no, no, no, damn GTA IV. Anyway, my cousin wants 10000 hryvnas (or 350$), but I think it's quite a lot even though in Ukraine we have slightly higher prices for parts.

I think your cousin knows that prices are high right now. Ask yourself this, could you buy a better computer than your cousin's with that $350? If yes, then buy that one. If no, then maybe your cousin's price isn't so high. The specs are still good for gaming on that computer, although you will probably want a new power supply at some point.

Well a new and slightly more powerful PC with DDR4 RAM that I could keep for the next upgrade unlike DDR3 (which is kinda important considering that RAM prices are most likely not going to drop in the near future), and GTX 1050ti which is pretty much equal to GTX 770, costs ~700$ or 595$ when graphics card prices get back to normal. But man, his parts worked for 4 years, isn't it a lot?
