However, it's really not a terribly capable CPU and you are GOING to have some amount of bottleneck issues using that CPU with that graphics card. As long as you know that going in, you could do a lot worse.

(its this mobo Gigabyte H110M-DS2 LGA 1151

its both new and the bios is already flashed i currently have a dd3 system but my school has a computer that is broken it was the cpu which has the intel i5 7400 which utilizes the memory and they're giving it to me ^o^
and i have a gtx 960 (planning to upgrade 6 months from now)

wow that cost $100 in america? holyyyy and yes i am very well aware of the slight (or more) bottleneck but it will certainly serve me better than my old Q8400
