gta 5 doesn't run properly in AMD A8 7410 with AMD Radeon R7 M360 Graphics card

I'm having a spec with

AMD APU A8 7410 Processor with R5 graphics
AMD RADEON R7 M360 Graphics
8gb of ram
1tb oh hard-disk
windows 10
HP pavilion notebook

The problem is every game i installed shows as 1gb inside the game and stops working and freezes the screen withing running it in 10 minutes.

All drivers are updated .... i have even changed its setting to high performance but still i cant run it properly

Is there any other solution ?

could be not strong enough components to run it. how about your ram? is it enough for your computer to run the game? also what settings do you use? i'm running gta 5 on very high texture with the rest set at high and it run pretty well using kaby lake i5 paired with nvidia 940mx and 12gb of ddr4 ram, for sure gta waste plenty of memory. based on benchmarks result in the internet, your components were running not that much decent for pretty heavy game
