Particularly Rust and league of Legends.
Once starting, it works for a few minutes and stops working. People teleport around because I lag. Same for my Girlfriends Laptop, people don't teleport like for me though.
Trying to access Google doesn't work as long I am ingame, even though the game doesn't work anymore either and I get timed out, but it seems like the internet still doesn't work if i don't exit the client.
With league of legends its as soon as you login to your account.
When doing speedtest. connection shows 16 mbit/s
when playing game it shows 0.5 mbit/s
A game doesn't use that much traffic.
Even watching 1080 youtube videos doesn't give any problems.
In the past you could watch 1080 youtube videos on 3 seperate laptops connected to the same router.
these problems are for both of us as long someone of us is logged in the game and the client is open or ingame.

it only started giving the problems when the owner of the router disconnected the phone line so we two go to sleep. But the owner connected it in the morning again. And ever since that day the problems started.

The ISP is a german one and is called HTP. and the whole region reports problems with that internet provider for months, but we never had any problems besides getting no internet connection for 1-3 times a day for around 1-2 minutes.
And the problem seems more like a router problem but I have no clue.

Also the owner reported she can't use the internet while we play or watch a movie which is weird because it worked for us. 2 Laptops and 2 phones.
She only said it now but it seems she had that problem all the time in the past.

Also...
when playing online game, I mean... TRYING to place, since this problems started. Speedtest sometimes doesn't show the closest speed test server, but it shows some village in Poland.
With a weird Sign near the name. When you hover on the sign it says that it can't pinpoint the location because some of the ports are closed or something.

And sometimes the speedtest doesn't work at all where it desn't even start calculating the latency which is the first step on the speedtest procedure.
Also sometimes it gives a red error message on that site saying that our firewall is blocking something.

But once you exist the online game, the error doesn't persist.

Notice: Also.. it seems like youtube doesn't work well either on multiple computers once you exit the online game. only if you give it like 10-30 minutes time without using the internet where youtube works non stop for hours on full hd on 2 devices.

THESE PROBLEMS DID NOT EXIST BEFORE THE OWNER UNPLUGED THE PHONE LINE FOR THE NIGHT.
Don't know if that was just a coincidence or not.

So.. I tried to explain it to my best extent and English knowledge.

I hope someone will please help us.
We are so desperate!!!! *Cry*

Sadly we don't have Lan cables or a 2nd router to test and see if it has something to do with the router or it's really the internet.. or the antennas...
QoS? I don't know. Perhaps there are some weird settings that turned on?

EDIT: Also there is one thing about Lan gaming. We often play a game via LAN, but we use The Wifi Access point to play. The game is NOT online and doesn't have online functionality.
But as soon as we open a youtube video, the youtube video DOES NOT LOAD. it stays at 00.00 time stamp
AND my girlfriend is DROPPING OUT from the game constantly. And timing out/ trying to connect to me for ever.
but if I close the youtube video. My girlfriend can finally join me and doesn't drop out.

Maybe the owner really changed some settings so we can play, but what kind of settings can this be?

Solution
I think this is an issue with the router and I don't think it was a coincidence that it started when the phone was plugged back in.

1. Try unplugging the phone again.
2. Try restarting the router.
3. You may need to do a factory reset on the router (do write down any important configuration information and know that the password will probably reset).
4. If none of this works, you may need to replace the router. If the ISP supplied the router, they may provide a replacement.
