As every miner is buying high-end GPUs, the low-ends are cheaper. I want to buy Ryzen 7 1800X, and I want to buy 2x low-end GPUs, 2x nVidia GTX 1050 Ti or some other. I want to spend as lowest money as possible. Is Ryzen 7 1800X with SLI? (I know it is compatible with CrossFire)

SLI compatibility is more about the motherboard than the CPU and with AM4 boards the X370s are the only ones that offer SLI support. The B350 and A320 boards do not support SLI and as DRagor stated the 1050Ti is not SLI capable either.
