New Ryzen 1700 and motherboard and getting no display.

Hello I am not getting a display after putting together my ryzen build. I have tried with the video card in the board and tried the boards HDMI ports and still no video. If you could please help that would be great. I'll post the specs on the system.

Evga gtx 970 ftw +
ryzen 7 1700
Asrock Fatal1ty Gaming - ITX/ac
2×4gb of ddr4 ram.

Did you use the HDMI port on the graphics card?

Yes I have tried the HDMI ports on the card and it gets no video. The ram I have is HyperX 2133 speed

Did you connect one 75-Watt 6-pin and one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors from the power supply unit to the graphics card?

Yes I did. 24 pin was plugged in and so was the 8 pin for the cpu

Has the graphics card been tested in another working system to determine that it actually works?

Yes I'm using it now in my build I'm replacing. It would be nice if the board had lights or error codes on it but it doesn't so Idk if the board is the problem

The HDMI ports on the motherboard's rear I/O panel are useless because you're not using an APU.

Have you tried testing with a different graphics card?

Have you tried testing with only a single DIMM installed?

I have tried different gpus and I can't remember if I've tried with single ram I'll have to try when I get home
