Hardware Overheating Problem

what should my hardware temps be and how can i keep them cool.

Specs: Intell Core i5 4670 @ 3.40 GHz

ASRock Z97 Extreme6 MotherBoard

3 DDR3 2 GB Ram sticks and a 4 GB Ram stick

GTX 1060 6GB

850 Watt Power Supply

850 EVO 500 MB SSD

the 4670 run normally about 35'c to 80'c as normal temps.
a good quality heatsink and fan normally does the trick

well MSI Afterburner says that all four clocks 70'c but when i play any video game it goes to 99'c so thats how i know i need some sort of new cooler for my cpu.

if your using the stock oem intel fan and heatsink , I would suggest the EVO 212 should be more than plenty cool for that cpu.
of course it all depends where you are In the world.
