Is this sounds proof my PSU is going bad?

Not sure what the sound is but its like that even on idle. Temps are all fine. Then is crashes randomly, no bluescreen, or this screen comes up, then restarts.

better update your original post with your hardware specs. that one is most likely your RAM. if its not overclocking. could be your OS running out of memory. there might be software with a memory leak causing the crash. if you open your Event Viewer, you might be able to see a warning the System was attempting to shutdown applications being a memory hog to try to stabilize the system. if you see an Error message before the critical shutdown error, please share that as well.

if you remember any applications you installed recently. or a game youve been playing when this happens. you can also try to reinstall your motherboard drivers from the support site. and do a BIOS update if necessary. before we can say its a faulty hardware.

i had the exact same effect when i overclocked my ram past the rated speed and i know its not a psu issue(not the sound the bluescreen with white stuff)
