i have gtx 1060 6gb colorful, used it to game ( witcher 3 ). just sett a fan curve and the result is 66 - 68C but with 96% fan speed and max 3200 rpm. is that safe? im scared if the gpu will have a low lifetime.

Solution
You can relax the curve some if you wish. It's not uncommon for a gpu to hit @80°C when pushed hard under max settings. The eco mode on my gtx970 doesn't even turn on the gpu fans until @65°C, which is pretty common to all gpus using that.
Most gamers will upgrade their card in @3yrs or so, and mostly that's only to move up in ability as games get more intense, not because their card is dead or dying, so unless you are running that card at those speeds, all the time, every day, I'd not be worried about expected lifetime. If anything, it'd be the fans that die, and those are easily replaced as your temps are far below what the card can generally handle.

It's a matter of balance. High temp will wear chips faster while fan running at full speed all time is also a wasted resource(and annoying buuzzzzzz). Just keep temps under 75 its a temp I find worrying. Temps in 60+ are fine, 70+ is something to avoid if possible, 80+ is when you should really have a look.

if you don't want high temps (going under 60 is HARD), mount another fan blowing heat out of your PC.
