Motherboard with 8700k?

So, I am having a bit of trouble trying to pair a motherboard with my 8700k. I want optimal cooling so I want to pair a noctua nhd-15 fan with the cpu as well. I have a hard time trusting water coolers life spans so this really is the best option for me. This limits my motherboard possibilities though. My budget is around 250$, what is the best possible motherboard I can pair with this cpu and fan to get the best gaming and streaming performance.

Really, at that price point most motherboards are really good. These two are extremely good as well.

The ones I have listed should.

However, considering it was released in 2014, there is a possibility it may not. But I doubt this. In the event it does not fit, you can simply search for a compatible bracket for the cooler and the motherboard on Amazon and order it to make it fit. They never exceed $10 to $20 AFAIK.
