I've overclocked my CPU (R5 1400) from 3,2 GHz to 3,6GHz, and I've used offset cpu voltage to get there, so the voltage is not static. When I run Prime95 and monitor my voltage With CPU-Z, I can see that my voltage hovers around 1.37V and even goes all the way up to 1.38V. Is this voltage-increase too high for such a small OC (400MHz), or is it safe?
