Unsure about the cause of coil whine in my pc

My specs:
Motherboard: MSI Tomahawk B350
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Memory: Corsair vengeance LPX 16gb 3000mhz ddr4
GPU: MSI GTX 1080
PSU: Corsair CX 650
Storage: Samsung EVO 850 ssd (250gb)
Storage: Seagate 2TB HDD

I recently had my RAM replaced, because one of the sticks was faulty.
Today my RMA came in and I installed the RAM just normally. However while running the pc, there are now instances where it produces a very annoying sound. I believe this is coil whine.
However I am not able to identify the source of the sound, as it lays just between the PSU and GPU, but I am edging towards the GPU being the source.

My main question is, why am I suddenly getting coil whine? Before I had my RAM replaced my pc did not produce this sound.

Some more info on the sound. The sound only happens while the pc is under some load. So far I have tested the following:
Sound happens when in a menu screen of a game, or while playing the game. (Tested this with pubg, rocket league and csgo, all three the same). HOWEVER, the strange part here is that the sound is NOT there while in a loading screen. I am not sure what is the problem. All my pc parts are still within their warranty.
Thanks in advance

Solution
check the last 2 picture you post middle one speed faster and temp lower also load is higher and perfcap reason is normal so card is fluctuating under load that could be you coil wind there see if you could rma her .

Unfortunately not, the psu is the second one because the previous one had a fan issue. Might placing it upside down change anything? I am going to try that.

I could do that. I turned the PSU upside down, but it did not help. When I change the fps cap in games, the sound gets worse. So when my GPU has to work harder, the sound is harder. Am I able to conclude it is the GPU with this information?

Okay, I will try those programs. Could you perhaps give any information on why this happened and if it really is just coil whine. Or can that not be concluded yet?

I downloaded gpu z and ran some tests. I took 3 screenshots, the first one is completely idle, second one is cpu z stress test, and the third one is in the pubg lobby screen. The only time I hear the noise is when Im in the pubg loading screen. I dont hear the noise while running the stress test.
