GTX 760 or GTX 750 TI?

I'm thinking of buying one of these 2 since i was suggested they are the best choice for my motherboard , but i don't know which one should i get.

Specs
Motherboard - ASRock G41M-VS3
CPU - Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650
GPU - AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Ram - ADATA PC3-10700 (667 MHZ) 8x2 GB

Also it's for gaming , and thanks for the help!

The GTX 760 will have better performance, but not by a major amount. If you can get one of those for a price that isn't terribly higher than you can find a GTX 750ti for, that would be the better choice but if you can get a 750ti for a lot less, then it might make sense. Since your current card is pretty low end, either of them would be a significant performance increase over what you have now.

Also, the power supply you have may be a factor. What is the exact model of your power supply? The GTX 760 will likely require a six pin power connector while most of the GTX 750ti cards won't.
