PC freezing, one time completely shutting down in games...

First of all my specs are:
AMD FX-6300
CPU Cooler: Rosewill RCX-Z1
GeForce GTX 950
CoolerMaster V650
G-Skill ripjaws 8gb
Gigabyte GA-960A-UDP (rev.2.x)
So I'm back here for more help. A few months ago I had an issue with my PC where it would freeze in games (no audio loop, no black/blue screen just completely freezing) and the only way to get out was to restart manually from my case. This exact issue was happening before and I eventually figured out that my CPU was running at 90 degrees C. I checked open hardware monitor and many other programs and they all were around 60 but only gigabyte ET6 showed that temp. I got an aftermarket cooler and it fixed the issue completely for about 3 months and it's back again except this time the temps in every software are about 20-30 idle and max out at 55 in game but it still freezes like it did when it was overheating, I upped my fan speed in SpeedFan and it's still freezing even though my CPU fan is running almost max with good temps. Also one time in game it just completely shut down as if it was just unplugged from the wall. I looked in a thread where a guy had the same issue but he updated his BIOS and it fixed it, I also updated my BIOS when I had the issue the first time and it didn't help that issue get resolved back then. He also had the same motherboard as me which may just be coincidence or indicative of an issue. I re-checked it today and I'm up to date with the newest BIOS, I also was thinking power supply but mine is a good one I'm pretty sure. Sorry if this was a lot to read, and thanks in advance for any help I receive, I'm willing to try anything you guys ask because all I can do currently is surf the internet which is a waste when I built this PC for games.

Solution
now use hwinfo sensor page and check what it read on the 3.3 and 5 volts line they seams out of specs . temp are good put them on auto so it will be ajust as needed by the system .

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking but I went in configure, then my CPU and set them all to manual and maxed them out, I hear my CPU fan going harder like I did when I upped it the first time and this is something that I think shows what you need. If this isn't right let me know where else to go.

I see the 3.3v spot on my boards section but couldn't find the 5v so I'm just gonna post the entire sensor page here, sorry that I can't make it shorter..

I also downgraded my BIOS since I saw another guy had the same issue and it was his BIOS but that didn't help.

what is connect the chasis fan header 1 to run at 3,000 rpm and did you check your cpu cooler report fans speed up to 25,000 rpm te same issue with gpu that run at 3,000 rpm also the other thing on the 3.3 voltts readings are vmax at 2.09 volts so try another psu in system for test .

I don't have any way to test a new PSU but I set up a more intensive curve in Afterburner and my CPU fan to keep everything really cool and it ran for like 4 hours before freezing and the next day it ran for 5 hours and never froze, idk if that means anything. I also checked in my BIOS and it said voltages were: 3.3v- 3.067v 5v- 4.800 v and 12v 11.800v so I'm not sure why there's such a discrepancy there.

UPDATE/Bump I used OCCT to test my CPU and GPU and the CPU: Linpack and CPU: OCCT tests ran fine but the GPU test froze my PC the same way it does in game within 5 seconds. I then ran the PSU test and the entire PC shut down like I unplugged it the second I hit go, any ideas?? I think either PSU or MOBO but idk how to know for sure without another one to interchange which I don't have...

After my OCCT tests I got a new power supply and since then the tests that caused issue within 5 seconds have ran fine for 15 mins so I'm pretty sure it's solved now. My power supply was under performing even though it was a good one.
