I've decided to switch over to pc from console, I know a little bit about pc but not much. I have a budget of $1600. I do not own any peripherals yet.

Solution
Then I will build with a basic gpu and wait for GPU price to come down.

No I do not own a monitor, I would prefer a 1920-1080 minimum, I am looking for about 140+ fps, I mainly play games like Rainbow 6 siege, Overwatch, fallout, PUBG and fortnite.

Is there anyway I could build a pc with the prices right now? Not really interested in getting a prebuilt.
