Can't access BIOS after FASTBOOT

Hello, I recently changed the settings on bios to a fast reboot and it doesn't seem to recognize my keyboard when booting up. My motherboard is Gigabyte
GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK and CPU is i5 4690k. I dont have PS/2 keyboard. Thanks!
