Few hours of using the pc with some gaming and some just web browsing and i see that websites load longer and everything seems little slower but only in the browser, opening folders or files is quick and crisp. And then sometimes pc will reboot, it will just black out and restart.
The heat sink on my motherboard is really hot when it reboots so maybe it overheats or do i have too many components and not powerful enough psu?
Please help!

Specs:
MB- Gigabyte GA-78LMT
GPU- XFX R7700 Ghost series
CPU- AMD 4300 Quad core w/212 evo
PSU- Corsair VS450

Solution
Download HWMonitor and monitor CPU temp. Sounds like it's throttling and then shuttnig off, and like you either need to reapply thermal paste or work on case ventilation.

I have MSI afterburner running all the time and it shows that my cpu temps do throttle a bit but without any high peaks.
Also I'v never seen the cpu temp go above 32C but might have just not looked at the right time.
Here is a screenshot of my temps-

I took the cpu cooler off and i must have mounted it wrong and it wasnt on tight with the cpu , i reapplied thermal paste and mounted it on again this time the right way so it fits on good and tight. Then took out all the case fans and mounted them in a better order with the strongest fan getting all the hot air out of the case.
Magic has happend and pc runs amazingly well now everything is nice and quick and the gpu temperature when idle went down by 9C Thanks for the help :)
