Have you considered grabbing a 250GB SSD instead of the hard drive you chose? Hybrid drives have longer loading times in games than a SSD.
Also the GTX 770 is not a future proof option, has a high power consumption and therefore a noisier cooling. Would a 1050 TI fit in your budget?
