Static Pressure fans are fans that specialize in pushing air through radiators (or cpu cooler fins). They typically have higher CFM (cubic feet per minute) abilities than a case fan.
The typical 'go to' fan seems to be the Corsair SP120.

Also pay attention to the fan's acoustics, if that is something that matters to you. You don't want a turbine engine noise coming from your case. The ones I have mentioned so far are all decent in this regard as well.
So, if you are going for looks mainly (I'm guilty of this sometimes) then the SP120's are a great choice. If you want the top end performance for cooling, then look at the noctua or vardar fans I linked.
