My cpu fan fell apart. Coolermaster evo 212. I can simply put new 120 case fan on it right? Or I must change whole cooler. Thanks.

Yep. No problem to replace the fan. I'd recommend a static pressure fan over a typical case fan, as they are better at pushing air through rads.

What are static pressure fans? Can you please link me a few? Much love! Edit: I did a bit of research and I was thinking of getting Enermax cluster advance UCCLA12P white LED PWM fan 120mm or corsair air series. But for corsair i have to wait a few days.

Static Pressure fans are fans that specialize in pushing air through radiators (or cpu cooler fins). They typically have higher CFM (cubic feet per minute) abilities than a case fan.
The typical 'go to' fan seems to be the Corsair SP120.

I like it for it's looks, but there are better fans. For example, these two are exceptional quality

Also pay attention to the fan's acoustics, if that is something that matters to you. You don't want a turbine engine noise coming from your case. The ones I have mentioned so far are all decent in this regard as well.
So, if you are going for looks mainly (I'm guilty of this sometimes) then the SP120's are a great choice. If you want the top end performance for cooling, then look at the noctua or vardar fans I linked.
