Turned on my PC 20 minutes ago and it sounded fine until my monitor showed the login screen at which point my GPU fans started making a much louder sound than usual. So naturally I restarted but the problem persisted. So I logged in and checked HWmonitor, and all the values seem normal except for the fact my fans are apparently spinning at 0 rpm which they definitely aren't. I've loaded up a couple games are it seems to be working properly except for whatever is going on with it.
Any ideas?
