How to tell if a motherboard support more than 1 GPU

Hi guys,
I hope you answer me i don't have a alot of knowledge about motherboard :(
How can i know if a motherboard support more than 1 GPU ?
Example this one

Depends on the intended usage. In the motherboard you listed above, you could technically install three graphic cards (1 PCI-Ex16 and 2 PCI-Ex1 cards), but they could not work in conjunction with each other (SLI/Crossfire). Of course, you'd also have to take into account physical spacing issues as well as power requirements.

For gaming scenarios, that motherboard will only accept one PCI-Ex16 graphics card.
