my mouse just stopped working for no reason , i didnt damage or drop it . yesterday it worked just fine , today i booted up my pc and my mouse didnt work no light or anything came from it , i tried change usb ports but it didnt help and i tried to plug it to a diffrenet pc but it still didnt work , but pc dont respond to it when i plug it in (when i plug in a usb device my pc making a ding dong sound , it didnt make that sound when i plug in my mouse and i cant find it in my device manager

Try downloading the logitech client. If you already have it, reinstall the client. When I had a wireless headset from logitech reinstalling the client worked for me.

it's says "please connect your device to continue" even though my mouse is plugged in

if you can log in and access your web browser you can type in the direct download link

otherwise borrow one - also i don't know if it helped the OP's issue they didn't respond....

i will try doing this i will update if it works or not! :)

UPDATE: The mouse is not connected according to the program even though it is, by all means i don't know what to do as its completely dead
