Is there any noticeable difference between (ddr3-1600 pce-12800 1.5v) Cas Latency 7 and 11? I will working with 3d modeling and rendering out to movie files. Also video editing. I have the CL7 but didn't want to spend more money if I could help it.

in theory.

the problem is this. all ram gets clocked to match the slowest ram. so that ddr3 2133 would be downclocked to 1600.

furthermore, mix and match ram is a recipe for crashing

I have a Asrock EP2C602-4LD16 motherboard. I was told that I had to have the same ddr3-1600 pc3-12800 but the CL could be different. Can I use the
DDR3-2133 with the DDR3-1600?
