Solution
If you look at the support list tab on the link I gave you, and then download the memory support list, it appears that any memory with a frequency in excess of 1333mhz will be "downgraded" to run at 1333mhz. Adata 2GB 1600mhz is on the memory support list, so I am not sure what the issue is with your RAM other than as said above, memory purchased at different times may not be compatible.
Also try removing the old RAM and installing the new RAM in that slot. If it boots up, shut down and try the new RAM in the other slot. If the new RAM boots up in both slots, but not when paired with the old RAM, it may be that they are just not compatible.

So sorry for being late...

I've cleaned CMOS it was on the side of the usb... And still both Rams are not working together :(
I think it's because maybe my motherboard does not support 2 1600mhz rams...

Try checking your motherboard for specific lights, and using your user manual to read them.
Also try moving around the ram to different slots and starting it up then. Typically certain motherboards, msi especially, won't read the ram if put in certain slots.

When I was building my first pc I ran into an issue where although the manual said to put the ram into slots 2&4, it wouldn't work. But when I put them into 3&4, it worked like a charm. It might be the same for you.
