Yes, though to benefit from runing your RAM at 800mhz, you'll need to overclock your FSB to 400mhz (which puts the CPU at 3.6ghz). I used to run my q6600 at 333mhz fsb (~3.0ghz) and then run my ram at DDR2 667mhz to match the fsb throughput.
