Gpu Dying?? due to bad clock one time

I have a problem sometimes i overcloccked my gt 710 2gb ddr3 too much and my pc crashed i reseted the clock but sometimes now i get vertical and horizontal colour lines with screen distortion. and the gpu usage that time went upto 96% so i wanna ask is my gpu dying and i used dual monitors and it only always happened on a particular monitor and even tried 2nd monitor but it was normal there. plz help

Cause this is set clock settings. I'm afraid, it's broken, too hard to repair. However, baking method helps to you, seek it out.
