Question about Upgrading Motherboard and Drivers

Given the chance, it should. But the trick is, due to chipset difference, the Windows may even fail to boot with old drivers. Therefore you should be prepared for a situation where you will need to do a Windows clean install. Also note that changing motherboard requires to re-activate Windows.
