yes I think I had too many extensions and add-ons all running at once I uninstalled everything that I didn't absolutely need and ran CCleaner and SUPERAntiSpyware it has not happened again but I am not really sure that was the problem

As a all in one pc, you really have no cooler upgrades.
I suggest you look at cleaning out dust from whatever vents you can see.
It is possible that the internal cpu cooling fan has stopped.
See what rpm something like HWmonitor shows for fans.
