When I turn on the PC in the morning it works fine. After working some time if I turn off the PC and start again, I don't get any display.

I don't hear the beep sound from the motherboard speaker. But the motherboard lights up, all the fans are working. But no display.

If I leave it for some time and turn on, it will work again.
I watch the processor temperature and it never went over 50 degrees.

Only thing I noticed when it was working is the mouse sometimes get stuck.
Mouse clicks are not registering sometimes.

The configuration of my PC is

Mother Board: Gigabyte Z170-HD3
Processor: Intel i7-6700
Memory: 16GB DDR IV SDRAM
VGA: AMD Sapphire Dual-X R9 270
OS: Windows 10

Can anybody provide some help on this?

This kind of problem is typically caused by overheating PSU. It just can't turn on the system when its hot, and forces you to let it cool before it will start up again. So your first step should be test another PSU.
A mouse problem seems unrelated to this, and possibly caused by dying mouse. But that is the problem to be solved later.
