first i will drop my hardware info:
asus p8h61-m plus v3
3 hdd wd 2 blue's 7200 & 5400 rpm and one green 5200 rpm
kit of 2x4gb G.Skill 1600MHz Ares Series
msi gtx 1060 6gb gaming x
i7 3770 default stats
2 medium size fan ( i don't know the size exactly )
microsoft keyboard and mouse desktop 600
they are all running with XFX TS series 550W 80+ bronze

so what happens is random freezing - pc sometimes doesn't run with no ram beep sound, so taking out one stick or both and putting them back again sometimes makes it run again, freezes still happens

at boot it might throw cpu fan error ( its perfectly fine ), i double checked few times, also ran checks on the ram sticks

removing one of the sticks for some reason makes the freezing goes away but same goes if i removed 2 of my 3 hdd's , which i'm doing as i'm typing this 0 freezes since then, running only one the 7200rpm blue wd

so the question here what's the problem ? is it the motherboard failing ? or the psu is not capable of running my stuff ? as far as i know that psu should be more than enough, also the motherboard have a history of issues but i'm waiting for you to confirm because i can't buy either of the psu or the motherboard and it turns out the other was the issue.

Electronics do not always break sometimes they slowly wear out. If that power supply is as old as your motherboard... Did you recently upgrade to the GTX 1060? If running with less hardrives fixes the issue then I would agree to suspect the power supply. If you have a lot of USB devices installed that will put extra draw on the power supply as well. If you have a microcenter near by I believe you can buy a power supply and then return it within 30 days if you end up not needing it.

what you say does make sense, but here is why i can't be sure whether its the motherboard or the psu and yes i recently upgraded to the gtx 1060

removing 1 ram stick solves the issue ( we're talking about what? 10 watts ? ) the 1060 on idle draws more than that i suppose, also i put it right after on heavy tests to draw all the 1060 power and psu never fails or shutdown, just because of 10 watts? , also removing 2 hdd, and putting back the ram stick, makes it work but again drawing all the 1060 power doesn't fail the psu

if i put everything back on and i kept the 1060 on idle ( which supposedly draws more power than all of the stuff i keep removing and putting back ) it still freezes so how would it be power supply that fails to feed up 1 more stick of ram or 2 hdd when he can easily run the 1060 full power with no issues whatsoever for as long as i could test ( 2 - 3 hours of gaming maybe ), with only 1 stick of ram removed or 2 hdd removed ? that's why its so confusing for me to decide and sadly i can't buy and return stuff in egypt :( i have to be 100% sure
