I recently bought a brand new ASUS Strix GD30 from a local retailer and it's giving me problems. Randomly it will make a noise likes its powering down then a noise like its power right back up afterwards, without doing either. I blew out the tiny bit of dust that had collected in it over the past week and tried again with no luck, still the same noise. I had a speccy test up and waiting to see if anything changed when it happens and its 50/50. Sometimes the CPU and Motherboard would spike to 65-70c and others it would stay the same:

CPU
Intel Core i7 7700 @ 3.60GHz 38 °C
Kaby Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1196MHz (17-17-17-39)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. GD30CI (U3E1) 39 °C
Graphics
ASUS VS247 (1920x1080@60Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (ASUStek Computer Inc) 28 °C
Storage
931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-22MFCA0 (SATA) 36 °C
119GB Hitachi HFS128G32TND-N210A (SSD) 29 °C

And I've been getting alerts over the past few days which are odd:

[2018/1/28 19:37:56] CPU Temperature 429496729.0 Celsius Abnormal

[2018/1/31 0:20:20] +3.3V 2.048 V Abnormal

Any help would be appreciated, as I'm not very computer-savvy and don't want to damage anything,

Thanks.

Just got another alert with the exact same numbered tempature warning as the previous one

[2018/1/31 0:48:29] CPU Temperature 429496729.0 Celsius Abnormal

Is this a BIOS issue? I have a warranty on the computer should I bring it back to the retailer and ask for it to be fixed/a new one?
