As I said is 4K up scaling on a 1080p monitor worth it? Also how much is MSAA and FXAA helping in upscaled 4K?

P.S I still get over 60fps, with MSAA x8 and FXAA on, in most games and some I get 80-100+ in 4K and in 1080p I'll get anywhere from 20-80 extra frames depending on the game. So yeah, is it worth it?

Depends on the game, some games you won't notice much of a difference but in animated titles I've seen a noticeable difference, DBZ: Xenoverse 2 is one that I use 4K DSR on. The AA settings may not show much of a difference when using upscaling on a 1080P monitor.

You mean 2x super sampling? Yes, it's definitely a visible improvement. Don't combine super sampling and AA, though. Personally, I never use AA of any sort as they all distort more than they fix. Super sampling only "fixes", at the cost at a much higher performance hit.
